Nancy Miller
Summary
Content warnings for this page include: alien abduction, mommy!domme
Nancy was abducted by aliens and had a story in the newspaper written about her. Astral discovered her through this article and went to meet her after he learned that he was actually an alien. At first, she doesn't believe him, but Astral proves his magical capabilities to her. It still takes some convincing, but Nancy eventually moves into Astral's compound and helps him find new members to join their Connection.
She is an especially attractive target for alien abductions now that she's already been abducted.
She stays primarily in the Little House, a tiny house separated from the Big House which the aliens claim as their own.
Personality
Nancy knows that she knows better than most of the younger people in the Connection and acts accordingly. She is very maternal toward others, but she still participates in both sex magic and just casual sex, having a bit of a Mommy!Domme vibe to those who find that an appealing dynamic.
She's proud of the alcohol that she brews in a shed behind the Little House. Despite that, she doesn't drink it too often, as she's often happy to swallow pills that would not react well with alcohol.

Magic Powers
Nancy is purely a terran magician and one of the least capable in the Connection. For most of Georgie's stay, they considered themselves magical equals and the most un-alien and un-talented of the bunch.
Appearance
Body Features
Nancy has long red hair and freckles. She is deaf in one ear.
Clothing and Dress
Nancy enjoys dresses and doesn't enjoy wearing underwear. She prefers hot weather where that arrangement is more comfortable.
History
The current year is 1969.
Nancy was born on April 12th, 1926. She was the youngest with four siblings. During the Great Depression, she did whatever she could to help her parents, including occasionally working on her own as a baker or cleaner.
In the year 1948, she was abducted by aliens. She took her story to a local paper where she described their strange insectoid bodies and their singing, although she never claimed they did her any harm specifically. Her family chalked it up to attention-seeking behavior and began to distance themselves from her. Eventually, she fled the mocking attention she received and went to live in a trailer park by herself.
Astral arrived at her trailer in 1955 and claimed to be an alien. She didn't believe him, but after demonstrating his magic powers she was forced to concede that something was special about him. She agreed to a camping trip where he promised to show her (with the help of psychedelic drugs) his alien form. That night, a horrible, grotesque figure twisted beyond recognition slithered its way behind the trailer. Astral untwisted their body, healing them, only for the person to warn him that even though he's a capable magician, he's certainly not one of the most powerful. This event brought the two of them closer, and Nancy agreed to join Astral at his compound.
Relationships

Astral: leader
Astral has proven himself a capable man to Nancy, although she finds his manipulative ways troubling. Still, she trusts him, and she worships him as a divine figure.

Teresa: leader
While Nancy can be a bit condescending to Teresa, given their age difference, she defers to her magical abilities and recognizes her as a fellow divine being beside Astral.

Mac: ???
Nancy doesn't know Mac very well. She likes that he likes Georgie as much as he does, and she's happy to embrace him as part of the Connection, but otherwise has little opinion of him. His homoflexibility does not include attraction to her, and she's fine with that.

Georgie: "daughter"
Nancy first met Georgie as a troubled youth who truly needed proper parental figures in her life. Astral could be one, and she vowed to be another. Georgie initially struggled with a new "mom," given her experiences with her biological mother, but she soon grew to love Nancy and appreciate her. Before Georgie discovers her necromancy, consider themselves magical equals, the true terran magicians of the Connection.
